Info Resep Masakan Tinoransak Khas Sulawesi Utara

Bahan:

  • 500 gram daging sandung lamur, potong 2x2x1 1/2 cm
  • 2 batang serai, ambil putihnya,
  • 1 3/4 sendok teh garam
  • 3/4 sendok teh gula pasir
  • 750 ml air
  • 2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu Tumbuk Kasar:

  • 10 butir bawang merah
  • 5 buah cabai rawit merah
  • 10 buah cabai hijau besar
  • 10 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang daunnya
  • 2 cm jahe
  • 2 cm kunyit, bakar

Cara membuat :

  • Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu tumbuk kasar dan serai sampai harum. Tambahkan daging. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
  • Masukkan garam dan gula pasir. Aduk rata.
  • Tuang air secara bertahap. Masak sampai matang. (Dn)
  • Tinoransak nan lezat siap disantap.
